James C. Mulder
The Director of Mulder Law Group, P.C., James C. Mulder, has over thirty years of experience in Estate, Tax and Business planning. He is Board Certified in Estate Planning & Probate Law and in Tax Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
One of only fifteen attorneys in the Houston area Board certified in both Estate Planning & Probate Law and Tax Law, Mr. Mulder concentrates his practice primarily in estate, tax, and asset protection planning.
The implementation of such planning includes the preparation of very comprehensive wills, trusts, business organizations and family partnerships. Mr. Mulder has prepared over 1,000 family limited partnerships.
Additionally, he has a substantial practice in probate, matters related to wills, trusts, guardianships, and estate administration.
Mr. Mulder is a frequent speaker on estate planning and on asset protection planning.

Mr. Mulder is married and lives with his wife and their two dogs in The Woodlands, Texas. He is a member of The
